Mrs. Linville earns Graduate Education Award

Mrs. Linville will be receiving the Newman University Graduate Education Outstanding Achievement Award for the ESOL Curriculum & Instruction Program!  
Only one or two students from each of four graduate programs receive this award, and there are over 500 students in the 
graduate education programs!  Congrats Mrs. Linville!!  She will be recognized on May 15th at 4:00 p.m. in the dugan Library Conference Center.
The Award Criteria:

Newman University annually honors one or two deserving students from each degree program with the School of Education Outstanding Graduate Achievement Award. An Individual is eligible for consideration for the award if they are completing or have completed an M.S. Ed. Degree or Licensure program during the current academic year. This award is based on the following criteria:

·       The student has demonstrated outstanding communication and technology skills, based on a review of major course projects.

·       The student has demonstrated outstanding career application through the effective implementation of a graduate project. 

·       The student has demonstrated outstanding citizenship as evidenced by their contributions to Newman University and to fellow students in the program.

·       The selection of the award recipients will be based on a review process by the graduate faculty and will be approved by all Newman faculty members who teach courses in the School of Education Graduate Program.
