Meet Mrs. Pignataro

Welcome to Wheatland Elementary!  My name is Jessica Pignataro (“pig-nuh-tar-oh”).  I have taught grades 1-4 during the course of my career. I graduated from Emporia State University in May 2001 with my Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education, and earned my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an ELL emphasis from Newman University in 2008.

Besides being a teacher, I am married with 4 kids.  They keep me very busy! My sons Kile & Austin have both graduated and work in the restaurant industry. My son Ben is a senior this year! He plays football, basketball and track.  My daughter Tasha is a student here at Wheatland!  When we have spare time we love spending time outdoors, watching movies, playing games, and traveling!
