2024-25 applications
We are still accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year! Spots are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students whose applications are received after programs are filled will be placed on a waiting list. Please email info@usd385.org if you have questions or need assistance with the application.
About our programs
Andover Early Learning provides a high-quality educational experience for young children in the years before they are eligible to enter kindergarten. The outcome is for children to enter kindergarten ready to succeed. While this program is offered at Prairie Creek Elementary School, 654 S. YMCA Drive in Andover, KS, we serve any student who lives in the Andover Public Schools boundaries.
Program highlights include:
- Certified teachers and highly-qualified support staff.
- Half-day classes meet four days a week, Monday through Thursday.
- The morning session is from 8:35-11:40 a.m. and the afternoon session is 12:45-3:45 p.m.
- Students participate in library, art, music and physical education instructed by certified teachers.
- Low student-teacher ratios.
- Transportation is available for a fee, or free to those who qualify.
- Fee-Based Pre-K for ages 3 and 4
- State-Subsidized Pre-K for 3-year-olds
- State-Subsidized Pre-K for 4-year-olds
- Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE)
